How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
As soon as we've despatched your order, you'll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the shipping method you've chosen. We'll point you in the right direction of tracking the progress of your delivery too.
How can I track my order?
We'll email tracking details of your order to you along with your despatch confirmation.
Can I upgrade my shipping service once the order has been despatched?
Sorry, once an order has been despatched you can't change the shipping service that you originally chose.
Shipment time
Our candles are made according to the time of your order. Therefore, depending on the style of candle you choose, it may take up to 4 working days to produce. Expect 4-12 working days delivery time. 1-4 day order process and processing times are not included, and weekends, holidays, or weather delays are not included.
Return and exchange
We accept new unused products for return within 7 days,please state your reasons for return, we do not accept no reason to return.
If the item is damaged or lost in transit, or there is a quality problem with the product, please contact our customer service via email to explain the situation and provide photos of the product problem.
